Fuel Injection

CTP® Engineers are constantly developing high quality Fuel System parts that enable our customers to meet increasing emission requirements, as well as, maximizing fuel economy and performance. At CTP®, we inspect the accuracy, reliability, productivity and service life of our fuel system parts to make sure they perform in the machine the way they are intended to.

The following are some of the CTP® Fuel system replacement parts available for your heavy equipment:

  • Nozzles
  • Injectors
  • Valve Service Group
  • Fuel Pumps
  • Fuel Valve
  • Priming pumps
  • Wrench Strap
  • Lines
  • Plunger & Barrel
  • And more

Injectors

Injectors

Our rigorous inspection process ensures CTP injectors have the right fuel delivery, uniformity, injecting angle and atomization to increased fuel efficiency and performance.

Pencil Nozzle

Pencil Nozzle

Pencil Nozzle is one of the main components of fuel injection systems. It regulates the flow of fuel to the ultimate ignition Compartment. Demand CTP Pencil Nozzles to minimize operation costs.

Plungers & Barrels

Plunger Barrels

CTP Plungers & Barrels are optimized parts that will assure you achieve an upgrade on your fuel system as well as the desired engine performance.

Fuel Assembly Lines

Assembly Lines

At CTP we have a complete reference of Fuel Assembly Lines for your convenience. We guarantee a top quality product that will carry fuel, oil and lubricants under low as well as high pressure and high temperature.

Additional Information

Direct Injection: The Injector nozzle protrudes directly into the cylinder space through the head and sprays diesel directly into the combustion space. Typically these types of engines require minimal to no glow plugs at start up. They are implemented with electronic fuel injectors and an engine computer telling the injectors when to open and close to allow pressurized fuel to pass into the engine.

Indirect Injection: The injector nozzle does not protrude through the head, rather it injects into a separate chamber within the head. The expanding gases spread from the pre-combustion chamber into the cylinder for the firing stroke. Some diesel engines also have pre-combustion nozzles in the pre-combustion chamber.
